The Social Justice Olympics Summit seeks to bring together key stakeholders to develop evidence-based strategies essential to resource allocation and pandemic preparedness to include local collaborative response efforts and shared spaces for information sharing that can be deployed in future responses. The Summit sessions may also inform public policies and resource allocation priorities, potentially reduce social injustices, build local community response capacity and promote community resilience.
This event will be a social justice catalyst:
Serve as a social justice curator by highlighting and bringing awareness to community organizations' social change efforts.
Mobilize community advocates to advance social justice.
Increase access to social and economic capital in communities of color.
Foster an atmosphere of collaboration by empowering community organizations to lead social justice advocacy.
Advance social justice consciousness.
